The Massachusetts CARES! Grant is a new pilot program designed to recognize families of deployed Massachusetts Guard Members & Reservists from the Military Friends Foundation. The grant program will provide $200 grants to deployed E-7s and below who, like so many, face financial challenges during a deployment.

The Union Mutual of Vermont Companies announced today that it was making a yearend gift to the Military Friends Foundation to assist families of Massachusetts National Guard members activated to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan.
