TO SUPPORT MASS. NATIONAL GUARD & RESERVE FAMILIES ON YOUR MASSACHUSETTS STATE TAX FORM

I want to let you know that there is a way to help support our own Massachusetts National Guard and Reservists families on your State Tax Form.   

I am taking part in a grassroots “TAKE 5, GIVE $5” Campaign for the MASS. MILITARY FAMILY RELIEF FUND.   

Did you know that…?

•	More than 17,000 of our friends and neighbors in Massachusetts are citizen soldiers
•	Many are leaving their families for a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th overseas deployment  
•	And many families here at home are struggling to afford basic needs like heat & shelter 

…and with all the recent deployments the NEED IS GROWING!  The Mass. Military Family Relief Fund supports families of Massachusetts National Guard and Reservists during & after a deployment.

Consider making a contribution on your state income tax form to the “Mass. Military Family Relief Fund” program. 

*Are you a Mass. resident? – You can make a voluntary contribution under Question 32e.

*Are you a non-resident or company that files taxes in Mass.? – You or your business can make a voluntary contribution under Question 37e.

You can select any amount to donate and every donation makes a difference!
