As Secretary of Veterans’ Services and VSOs for both the cities of Lawrence and Boston, I've been to proud to work with the Military Friends Foundation for many years. I have seen first-hand the positive impact the Military Friends Foundation has on the lives of local military families and especially our Gold Star Families. Their compassion and responsiveness is unmatched. Military Friends is there from the first day of a tragedy and they continue to support families in the difficult years ahead. I salute their efforts and I stand with them.
